Timothy J. Grisillo - Associate Attorney

Timothy Grisillo is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.  Timothy graduated from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2016.  Throughout his law school career, he was exposed to a variety of cases, from complex commercial litigation to extensive personal injury matters.  Timothy was the primary author of an Appellate Brief to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, in which he argued the misapplication of both Pennsylvania’s Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules Evidence.

In his final year of law school, Timothy completed over 50 hours of Pro Bono work at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project in Philadelphia.  There, he was tasked with reviewing files of incarcerated individuals who believed they were wrongly convicted and sentenced to prison.  Shortly after his time there, enough evidence was gathered to release a wrongfully convicted individual after 11 years of incarceration.

Timothy has a wide range of interests and skills aside from the law.  He is a self-trained musician, proficient with piano and guitar.  He is also well-versed in a variety of normative, social, and economic studies, with a published article in Reason Papers, A Journal of Interdisciplinary Normative Studies.
